Total attentiveness of the staff. They accommodated all our needs and then some.
It was out in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately cabs were not too costly to go to town.

The staff were friendly but useless. The bar was not stocked. There was mention in their hotel guide of hotel transport to various regions but this was not available. We ordered breakfast at a specific time as we had booked taxi's to take us to the airport and I had to go and chase them for it. We requested a booking for the spa through the night duty manager and he forgot to write it in the book so there was no booking made. Not impressed.

WIFI and telephone are desable to use. Some lights are broken, especially the light in swimming pool. Staff are inexperienced and without solving problem ability and English skill.

The villas are outstanding. Such a treat to have a lovely little pool of our own as well as a lovely hotel pool. The villas are large with great outdoor living space and large bedrooms and bathrooms you could get lost in! The staff were very helpful as only 6 villas, they are very attentive. Patricularly good if young children as we had as all meals could be served in our own dining room. Would definitely recommend. Felt really spoilt and wish we were still there! All the benefits of a hotel but in a villa!
Could use internet at reception but missed Wi-Fi. Very quiet and need to take taxi to go anywhere.
